Our Ottawa Car Mechanic Family History
Garage Roger Johnson, now Johnson Auto Wreckers Plus, opened on September 29, 1989. Roger worked many years first out of his Mothers’ backyard and then his own once he left home. This was his dream becoming reality.
Family Experience
As for Roger’s car maintenance past, he gained his expertise from his father, who was a great mechanic and he considers himself very lucky to have been able to pass on this love to his son Gary. Gary always has been a part of the family business but joined us full-time once he was done school, in June 2007.
There is a staff of 3 along with Roger, Gary and Brenda, who takes care of the books. We do general automotive repairs, some heavy machinery repairs, we sell new and used parts, we have our dealers/recyclers license from the SAAQ, do light, medium and heavy towing and backhoe services. And if you don’t see a service you require, just ask and we will try to help you out in any way we can.
Community
We also like to take part in our community through various events that are held and love our special little town. We always say it might be a small town, or maybe just a very big family, you decide.
